engine don't matter I own the same car your accelerating at a very slow rate so the driver is not very experienced in speed If I had that strecht out road I would force the engine to the max! takes u bout ver a minute in timing when 0-60 should be 2.8 sec and then 180km should be round 20-30 sec.
If you had look at 00:06, you see a part of the speedometer. So, it is a patrol engine. I suppose it is an European version, so it reaches 190km/h. with the usual 5% tolerance it can show easily 200km/h on speedometer. You only need a long part of a highway (without policemen :D)) and no headwind.
i have the 08 CRV, and the car may be slow at top speed but the thing really fkn pulls on take off

i drive a 2009 crv ex 2.4L engine 170hp
it reached a top speed of 196 Km/h measured 3 times with a garmin nuvi GPS
speedometer was at about 210
