why do a caries clean out when the tooth is unrestorable without crown lengthening?

Hi Kevin. I actually do not clean the caries. What I do is the root submersion technique as described in Myron Nevins book. It allows you to get soft tissue for primary closure. Does it make sense? Thanks for commenting. Regards

The military messed up my hole mouth. I went in with perfect teeth and for no reason at all they started saying I needed all sorts of work on my teeth. My teeth never hurt, never had cavities and were beautiful, I went in for inspection and they probed around with the needle and hook and then 6 months later, They had me in for another inspection and said I needed fillings. How much for a lower right bicuspid and a lower rear "very last" molar ?? Very impressive and thnx for posting this video.
