If you want to communicate with such people, you will have to do so over IRC.

there are at least a few cmd workarounds, one of which I know is using COMMAND . COM instead, because that works at our school (no caps needed). and for notepad I usually have the program and an alternative non-format text editor on one of my flash drives.

well actually at school, well at my school, on most of the comps you cannot access notepad at all. it isnt in the start menu. and if you can, it shuts down the command promt instantly so this wouldnt work in school.

i have found a way. on the comp open explorer (eg. My Documents) then goto file, new, shortcut- then type in 'cmd.exe' with out quotes, press next then ok. then your shortcut will apper and you can access it :) hope i helped

why would you "hack" into an administrator account? there are nimble ways to access command prompt. The easiest for you is to go through the help drop down in any explorer window. Through there you can access the control panel and then prompt. To "hack" into an admin account rather than click on help seems a little roundabout and downright not real.

another way to get past your schools internet filter is to go on google and type in filter bypasser and it should bring u to a website and on the first page of that website it will give you a box and u just type in any website you want but the school might catch it and block it but theres thousands of them but still this method works great too :P

That's called PHPproxy. Most sites using PHPproxy code are blocked, at least they are by my school's system. You might be lucky enough to have really dumb network technicians at your school though that somehow don't know about PHPproxy.
