Wow. I've got a bunch of stuff recorded from back then too - including bumpers and ads. Cool. I remember that 'Big Brothers' ad very well, and used to tape a lot of their late-night movies for posterity because I hadn't seen them in a billion years.
@WolfBrat Send me a message and let me know what you have on tape. Do any of your KCPQ recordings have the station sign-off? That's something I have not seen in decades.
At least those days are long gone, or are they? Anyways, the Kingdome is long gone and the Mariners actually have a nice place to play in Safeco Field, plus Cliff Lee's in the starting rotation so the M's could actually make the playoffs this year.

By the way the Carson's Comedy Classics shows are on the Reelz Channel, if you get that channel on cable or satellite TV.

The KCPQ "Flick of the Night" theme music was "Your Latest Trick" by Dire Straits.

You don't see Black & white movies like that anymore on broadcast TV unfortunately. Those days are now long gone in our memories.

You know, that Mariners commercial was actually shot during a real mariners game. Only about 60 people or so attended a game during the 80s.
