"The Evolution of Civilizations" by Carroll Quigley ws amazing... but with that being said, I will further comment that if the implications of this video are correct, I have a new and profound respect for former President Clinton. I am a bit curious tho, primarily because an ardent follower of Quigley's, Samuel Huntington, was extremely critical of the Clinton Administration's involvement in Kosovo, and the source of his criticism flowed from Quigley's influence concerning Civilizations.
