  • I kinda wish I hadn't watched this. The aliens are coming. The higher beings that are suppose to come in the end. Hope they a little like angels as we picture it!

  • @fronabadger I don't know how we arrived on this subject. They aren't talking about alien life. They use the term alien to refer to something not of a specific country, planet, solar system, universe, or multiverse. In essence, it is anything foreign. I believe you have misunderstood.

  • NASA should seriously consider putting more effort in the exploration of Mars, and possible manned landing. Read Robert Zubrin. Just sayin..

  • You don't have to be a genius or launch a spacecraft to understand that everything in the Universe cannot be measured by our Earthly standards. I'm losing interest in NASA because of this bullshit! Get something real done, people!

  • the sun

  • Alien = not from Earth. There's no prejudice on it.

  • @yondaime172 no, alien = foreigner.

  • @JimmMyHero Again: No prejudice.

  • Neat vid!

This is an invitation to see an artist theory on the physics of light and time!

This theory is based on two postulates

    1. The first is that the quantum wave particle function Ψ represents the forward passage of time ∆E ∆t ≥ h/2π itself photon by photon.

    2. The second is that Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle ∆×∆p×≥h/4π that is formed by the wave function is the same uncertainty we have with any future event.

  • that doesnt make sense though if its not of our solar sytem or not of our normal experience.. it IS alien life or no life.. and those planets as far as i can see are very much alive.. alien is a misunderstood word for so many.. anything not of our world is ALIEN is it not?

  • Recently a comet passed through the corona of our Sun and was within it for an hour. It was the size of 2 football fields and emerged intact raising the question of whether the Sun is actually cool, despite being plasma and emitting radiation.. During the comets passage the Sun was unusually quiet with no activity. This planet is managing to stay wet while very close to it's solar host. Logically both stars Must be cool which would explain both of these bodies keeping their water.

  • What if there are some extremophilic life forms on the planet? What if they have evolved to be intelligent beyond our own intelligence and they travel through space in lava hot ufos?

  • @batfly I lol'd.

  • Water may be critical for most types of life, but the entities that live in crystals require minimal moisture, if any. Unlike the 'water -cooled' processors for sale, the crystal skulls were used to communicate over vast distances, psychically, without heating-up. As usual, the correct answer is wrapped up in some career oriented get rich scheme.

  • They title the video such that it encourages interested parties in the traditional definition of "alien" life to click on it. Rather dishonest of NASA, in my opinion.

  • we're not looking at this stuff for no reason. There is a reason, it is just one that we people that are not involved with the research no absolutely nothing about, which of course leaves us to only speculate as to why.

  • I don't understand, why human race should reach to other world and seek them. Why would we think that out there is something to be given for free..

  • @SlavonicDances Your words, they are English, but they make no sense.

  • @LMichaelL65 Well if you want them not to make sense to yu - then I can't help you.

  • @SlavonicDances Say what? Word you sense they no make.

  • It is well documented after the war NAZI German scientist records were altered in order to bring these war criminal scientist to America to run Americas space program. So far NAZI ran NASA has not been capable of telling the truth. One only needs to take a look around to see the influence these NAZIS have had on America. Home Land Security, Naked body scanners, Grouping our men, women and children at the airports, Arresting and holding Americans indifferently without charges, and on and on.

  • @BadRabbit1776 Yo, I could not digress with you more. it is becoming more so everyday.

  • @BadRabbit1776 Von Braun stated that there would be a terrorist (false) threat, followed by an alien threat.

  • @1animalmother1 which one? The videos I found were like 3-4 years ago...

  • @Goodolnate7 Check out benwl 's channel for updates, I think he's one the people working on that engine.

  • It is interesting that Cancri e has supercritical fluids. The main reason why exobiologists speculate that water is necessary for life is because fluidity is necessary for unusual combinations of molecules which eventually lead to life.

Since this planet is actually fluid and not solid, the potential for complex molecular structures on the planet's surface is much higher.

  • 40 light years from earth?? i don't think we can ever explore other planets outside the solar system. Even the Voyager mission which was launched during the 70's has just left solar system for more than a couple of decades. Speaking of its distance from the sun i can say it of not more than a light day away.

  • @cruxader27 Have a hope. Ask someone just two hundred years ago if man could fly and they would have laughed at you. You never know what new knowledge lies just around the corner...

  • @cruxader27 Check out the "NASA VASIMR" video, it's about a plasma rocket, soon to be introduced to the ISS, if I understand it correctly it continuously gains speed due to small bursts of energy, once implemented it would shorten the trip to Mars from six month to just about 40 days. We're getting there, slowly but surely.

  • @1AnimalMother1 well thats a good news but i hope they can reach near speed of light as much as possible, even the nearest star in the sun is about 4 light years away..

  • @cruxader27 Yeah I hope so too, that and some advancements in cryobiology, or to create some sort of hibernating state would be nice.Just look at Kepler 22b, doesn't matter how fantastic it might turn out to be, we're looking at 600ly.

  • Dont wna burst your bubble but isnt it a bit too obvious? With how much close it is to its star I think its really given that its temperature is too high to compare it to earth-like conditions?

  • Thank you so much for great video and English subtitle~

  • So this planet is like a turkey being baked in an oven, with all of it's juices spilling out of its pores. Interesting.

  • 55 Cancri e must be hot like hell, and the pressure will make us shrink in matter of seconds.

did you think VENUS was bad, enough ?, 55 Cancri e was a real deal.

  • When it comes to interpreting exoplanet data it seems we're a little to sure of ourselves. Let's face it: at these distances, any theorising about planet make-up has to be taken with a truck load of salt.

  • I hate how NASA toss the word "alien" around. Why can't they use the term "habitable" instead? Everyone knows unless there is a MAJOR news report, there are no aliens so it just sounds silly and confusing.

  • @Caprican28 I think the term "alien" here means "not of our normal experience" or "not of our solar system". Nothing to do with alien life :)

  • @Caprican28 imo it's more silly to say there are none because it's embedded so deeply into every human culture, that there are other intelligent life forms, that we have made myths, works of art, endless stories and even religions out of it.

  • great video's i subbed to all nasa channels

  • I think that we also have to change the way we search for "life" out there... it is possible that we call "life" be so different and maybe we're missing it just for remain inflexible in a concept, we always look for water, because we need it... but what if other kinds of "life" don't?

  • @jrbelmont It is kinda hard to search for something you know next to nothing about. All we know about in this regard is water reliant life. Until we find more information about other kinds of life, water is what we'll be searching for.

  • @AnotherPostcard yeah you're right! but I like to always think beyond! again the system if you like... hahaha... also you're correct is best to be pragmatic... but whatever what we need to do is keeping our interest in promoving science and its development!

  • very interesting

  • ...keep looking, much like finding that compatible mate

~it doesn't matter if your to old when you find the planet to make the journey

=the 1st meaning of life, survival dictates life matrix is passed on to younger, even if it is to late for those that do the searching, there may be other's elsewhere than can survive on what you learn & share.

  • Great video!

  • first :D
