@bmxforlife1245 thats true,, im no car expert, but wouldn't upgrading the engine make it sound better and increase performance drastically? so when you step on the gas you accelerate quicker, and that would make me smile more than any sound :)

I modify diameter HKS in two points. because it's made to be fitted with a catalyst in 68 mm :/

My friend use to have an Evo 9 with a Deep exhaust, he said he was pushing 480 to the wheels and got it Carburated/w a Turbo... i dont know how true that was but boy did it sounds so beautiful... there was no Rasp or any thing that sounded like a Honda or a fly man i want that type of exhaust in my e39

of course it directly affects power, it its making it quieter than there are more bends and resonators reducing flow causing less hp. But having loud as fuck exhaust can get annoying on a dd.
