If you listen closely, Lost Fleet's music is a different arrangement of Sheila's Alp.

The distinction in "Greatest Hits" soundtrack that you usually find on here is because the original European edition of Spyro 3 didn't have certain tracks to make room for alternate-language voices, and a lot of Youtubers are European.

All American editions of this game have the full soundtrack, though.

This was the only song in all of the original Spyro games that I wasn't crazy about....purely because of that weird pig squealing-ish sound. The rest of it is great. And all the other songs are just so amazing, it's sometimes hard to believe that someone created them.

Luckily these games only had one or two songs like that in the whole original trilogy. I've recently been playing my old Harry Potter games for PS1, and the sounds and some of the music are so annoying I had to mute my tv. There is a "song" in the second one during a forest level that sounds like something dying. It's horrible. And every time you jump he makes an annoying grunting noise. I don't understand what they were thinking!

Something I noticed about the spyro music was that, 1 had more keyboards(Rhodes), 2 had more organs and guitars, and 3 put them all together and put more of a theme to each level. Also, what's the difference between this one and the crystal islands track?

TBH, this and Evening Lake are the only two Greatest Hits versions in Spyro 3 I love. I don't really feel the same for the other versions:

Lost Fleet - Just Sheila's Alp with mouth organ sounds added.

Haunted Towers - a little bland.

Dino Mines - sounds too jolly and happy for a level with cowboy dinosaurs with guns.

The Enchanted Towers skate park and the speedway songs are ok though.

I think that the original Seashell Shore theme that was used in the original version is better than this.

It went very well with the level. Maybe it's just nostalgia, but I wouldn't want to have this playing there instead of Seashell Shore's theme, that's for sure.

i had two copies, i lost one, which had this music, and the one i have now plays seashell shore, and in dino mines it plays molten crater, and in haunted tomb it plays cloud spires, in lost fleet it plays super bonus world, in evening lake and sorceress fight it plays sunrise spring, and all the speedways play harbour speedway
