that amzing, what is the word in hebrew for this day ? day of bicycles or something. I was on kibbutz tsorah for yom kipur for the year i was in israel. I therefore never witnessed this amazinf stand still phenomenon.

Yom Kipur is a day that you can't use any electrics, cars, light etc...so people ride on their bikes, the streets are EMPTY, no cars at all..
