While I'm all in favor of legalizing marijuana, inhaling the smoke from combustion CAN cause lung cancer. It isn't the THC that causes the cancer however; it is the combusted matter. Also, I'd have to argue that antibiotics (especially penicillin and its ilk) are the most important medicines to man at the moment.

I'll tell you, as a minor it is easier for me to get marijuana or even other drugs like percocets and vicodin than it is to get alcohol. To get alcohol I'd have to go to like 10 different people to find who has an older brother that is around that is willing to waste their time to buy me alcohol. To get weed, I just walk up to pretty much anyone from my school. If the government wants to keep weed out of the hands of minors, than they should just make that shit for people 21+.

Lol it is impossible to OD on weed. It is easier to OD on water than it is to OD on weed. Water can cause kidney failure and hyper-hydration. It is easier to overdose on pretty much any household food than it is to OD on weed. THC doesn't chemically react with anything in your body other than cannabinoid receptors. Injecting water IV is more dangerous that injecting THC IV.

Just by the nature of injecting a substance directly into the blood stream it is possible to overdose on anything... hence my example of dirt or the other guys of water, if you flood your blood with enough of any substance it will kill you.
