  • thank uuuuuuuuu

  • For once a straight forward video. Jezuz H. btw I like it when people show a regular route for those of us who have no idea about shortcuts.

  • I try every fade option ever heard of and still can't get the old-fashioned fadeout that never stops - in other words, that literally just disappears "around the bend"

Everything I try in PT creates a nice fade but you still eventually hear the dead stop at the end of the regions (albeit it's gotten quieter leading up to it). Ever heard of such a problem? I follow the instructions to select up to or beyond the end - and darn if that doesn't always make the dead end audible.

    Any help?

  • I 'm such a newbie I don't even know how to access the regions (pretty colors)

I wonder is there a very simple way to fade an entire track? Plz feel free to throw me a life preserver. Peace

  • WOW expert village doesn't have some noob giving generic tutorials? good job this really helped.

  • wow....that smart tool thing was a gem.....

I've never known that...Man, these DAWS have so many shortcuts...!!!!!

    nice vid

  • Thank you for this tip. I have a project to do and for the life of me was bending my mind over how to do the fade. I was not highlighting area. Thanx again.

  • Thanks for this tip. I always thought the Fade function was to involved to get to and activate. I didn't even know you could use the Smart Tool that way. I'd barely seen it mentioned in my PT 101 tutorial. Again, Thank You for these REAL WORLD applications of Pro Tools.

  • Simple & very helpful. Thank you!
