in cod4 if you can pratice you pull off no scopes maybe 80% of the time using steady aim and the g shot it just depends on how far away the enemy is if he is moving etc. which in my opinion is skill, no one will ever have the techique down 100 % but in modern warfare 2 its just complete luck you could no scope a guy across the map then miss a no scope even though you gun is pratically poking the guy in the back!
