  • Thanks for uploading this.

  • stand by me brought me here..

  • @kzdilla oh yea!!!...stand by me!!

  • You guys got it right. All good shows. I still remember well growing up with Hoppy, The Lone Ranger, and a slew of regular movies with Buster Crabb, Lash LaRue, and Gene Autry with a bunch of character actors that we would see for many years on many different shows. Some of the like Carl Akains went from usually a bad guy to a good guy with his own show. They were not bad times to be a child.

  • Only 64 when he died, Richard Boone went much too young. This is another great show I remember fondly from my youth. Back in the 50s and 60s if you couldn't ride a horse and shoot a six gun you just didn't make it on tv.

  • have tuba will travel

  • wire Palladin, San Francisco

  • Best TV show ever!

  • well i am 65 and i was lucky enough to be bought up with the proper westerns and the songs, they were all good. When i watch a modern one( well i dont ) they dont have the character and storylines of the classsic westerns

  • Have Gun Will Travel, and Rifle Man " Best Shows the world has ever know!!!!"

  • one of so many t v westerns which made my childhood so happy,,,real t v,,

  • I LOVE it!!! Great show from my youth. ALL my Aunts used to never miss it! Have Gun Will Travel...Bravo.

  • I loved this video. It brought back old memories. They don't make them like they used to. In the book, 100 Voices: An Oral History of Ayn Rand, Duane Eddy (a friend of Richard Boone) discussed him with Miss Rand. She mentioned that she loved his work, that he embodied some of the characteristics of her heroes.

  • Ha ha ha im 14 and im loving this!! but tbh, i know this song because of stand by me

  • @CaptainAwesomnessnes damn i twelve and i love paladin !

  • That horse has a funny looking face at 1:32 lol, I hear this song every night and memorized it subconsciously... my dad watches Have Gun Will Travel and Gunsmoke every single night!

  • this very young charles bronsen makes this priceless.

  • @johna166 Charles Bronsen was in the 2nd episode wasn't he?

  • There's a Western Channel, shows Gunsmoke, Cheyenne, Have Gun Will Travel, amongst others. And my 12 year old Daughter loves watching them with me.

  • Paladin was a character who understood life.

  • stand by me

  • The guy who sang the theme song actually lives in my hometown, Wichita, Kansas.

    Interesting.

  • @Tmontana44 lol I live down the road in El Dorado!

  • My father worked with Dick Boone. What a great song!

  • @TerryDowne Very cool.

  • Alot of people dont know he was directly related to Daniel Boone, I have the entire series and man do I enjoy watching them, nothing on tv now just crap! The old shows had an underlying theme HONOR, COURAGE, LOYALTY and INTEGRITY, something that hasbeen lost in our new society.

  • "Have gun will travel with the heart of a man, a soldier of fortune in a savage land...."

  • Bernald Hermann theme!

  • They sure don't make em like they used to Wardog687 - I watch them everyday in honor my father, who has passed away. We used to sit together and watch Gunsmoke, Bonanza, Have Gun Will Travel, etc. RIP Ira.

  • I am addicted to these old westerns , they are so much better to watch then whats on now a days............100% addicted to the Starr's Western channel...

  • AAAAHHHH!!!Paladin!!!! My Hero!! When I was a kid I watched Paladin always! Had a cowboy outfit like his!! My mom use to say she didn't know what I saw in this guy but I liked the rugged look. Like somebody you might not want to mess with. Intimidating!! And he sure had that look!!

  • \are there any videos on this site without a fucking annoying advert

  • You betcha... I need Paladin now!

  • @Jantv81 LOL

  • it's like i'm the only teen who likes western and other things most teens wouldn't lol

  • @Alec319 im 15 and i like them dude.....youre not alone lol

  • lol i'm a kid and even i like it, well, a teen lol

  • I remember this as a kid!!!! takes me back to, even though it was 10 years before me.

  • @jason75 i watch this every time i get the chance, lol i just love the wild west

  • When I was a kid I used to think the lyric was a knight without HONOR in a savage land, which didn't make much sense. Also as kids we used to sing Paladin, Paladin where do you roam, upstairs and downstairs and all through the home.

  • @CarlDuke It's armor. Like, a knight armor in a savage land. Remeber he was chivalrous and gentlemanly and tried not to use his gun. But what I dont get is that he would always have the company of "ladies" in his suite unchaproned. I think Hey Boy was a pimp. lol.

  • Paladin = HELL YEAH!!!

  • @95HarleyDavidson I know but the kids sang it. This is the TV version which is by far waaaaay better

  • im 14 and i love classic western tv series like gunsmoke, have gun will travel, cheyenne, roy rogers etc... they are awsome!

  • As these types of series went away, so did that style of theme song. Fortunately, there is Youtube to go take a look at them again.

  • i lve this in stand by me

  • Ahhhh Paladin,

They just dont make em like they used too

  • to hammergod...i don't need meds...i just hate to see an actor slandered many years after his death...especially by a troll blogger; but i am gonna let this go; and find positive things to say on internet...

  • After reading through about the first 20 comments I get the feeling that Someone didn't take thier Prozac on time

  • to thallascocracy : i must agree...seems to me like men had so much style back then....

  • It was a golden age for men who loved dressing up. And the trousers were always so tight ...

  • shut up; FrankClanton; with your slanders and your lies; i have notified other bloggers; and pretty soon your account will be canceled; people don't wanna hear slanderous lies from a 15 year old who knows nothing of life;BLOGGERS__BEWARE--actor Mel Gibson is suiing youtube over slanderous lies FrankClnton made towards him as"PeterFirthFan" -the name account has been canceled--want to help run this troll off internet-go to youtube-help_safety_hateful comments_follow Instructions....

  • Boone had to smoke and thus came down with cancer. We would think that the human genome mapping would lead to a cure, but I believe it would put oncologists and current pharmaceutical companies out of profits or business. Say you don't think one has to do with the other, do you???

  • I think all his alcoholism caused it as well.

  • shut up

  • to Bidil6--thanks for making yourself clear-he definitely deserves two hand prints --and -and a star on the hollywood wald of fame --i am going to write a letter--and petition the hollywood blvd association--or --as they sometimes call it--they used to have a mayor of hollywood--i think they still do-- there was a johnny grant that served as mayor for years--but he died--in 2005--i'll find out current mayor--and petition him; too....

  • Melollylolly

Perhaps I am at fault at making myself unclear. Richard Boone deserves two hand prints and has earned the right to have two hand prints BUT he does not have any at Hollywood bvld. I suggest we protition the Hollywood bvld administration or where ever to install his son's hand print there with Richard Boone's name.

  • AND another thing; Frank (Pervert-Clanton-don't fucking post me again--or i will take steps to warn others about your troll ass and have your account suspended--and i bet your stank ass wouldn't talk about him to his relatives--you cowardly ass hiding behind a computer screen!

  • Comment removed

  • When they sing it in Stand By Me, I sing too. That's the best version of this song. It's such a wonderful song.

  • to Bidil6: since i have a good friend that lives close to hollywood boulevard--me and her are gonna take a camera--and find those handprints...is it front of a theatre? we'll find them...but anyway;thank you so much for that information; and i had heard that he was a good guy in real life;and a good family man...wish i myself could have met him....

  • Richard Boone earned two hand prints on Hollywood Blvd. He was that great of a character actor.

  • Richard Boone's real chacteristics were opposite from the Paladin character. If you had the opportunity to meet him you would appreciate his very fine ability to create the character Paladin. He was always a great man because he was a family man first and above everything else.

  • he was not! YOU'RE A HOMOSEXUAL;FRANK CLANTON;and i bet you won't tell that to his son; and his three wives; not to their faces;you coward hiding behind a computer! to bloggers: FrankClanton alias PeterFirthFan has made threatening comments towards postings of MelGibson--and is being sued and investigated by UK police--help us kick FrankClanton off the internet--this person is dangerously mentally ill...click on safety_help-hateful comments-follow instructions...

  • please hide this is awful

  • If Ryan Seacrest could get a star on hollywood boulevard's walk of fame--then this greatly remembered actor should have had one......

  • I found DVD on netflix.

They are just as good today as back then.

The show has a timeless sort of character.

  • to the Hauptsturmfurher: THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMMENTS --AND BACKING me and many fans who agree--cause i don't like hearing a good man put down--he was a wonderful family man and a respected human being--an all around good guy in real life

  • He was most definitely not gay, loved horses, was a WWII vet, trained actor and respected friend.

  • hey melollylolly, I am enjoying my paladin, this morning, as i got up at 6:30 to see it, and love it.

  • i am enjoying have gun will travel on encore western channel right now

  • All the other kids in second grade had lunchboxes with the Monkees or Superman - I had a Paladin lunchbox with a sexy black thermos!

  • to jacobkosh: i am saying that according to his relatives; his wife; son; and biographer David Rothel--he was not gay--and i prefer to belive them rather than a 14-yer-old kid named peterfirthfan-and i have since blocked him from my account--and i can believe what i wanna believe-and no one will wind me up like a cheap toy-now i usually ignore such drivel-and I don't respond to it-the man is dead--and i don't want to discuss his personal life any more after this-good day to you!

  • look; jacobkosh; shut up.i ain't got no house to attend to; you tend to your own house! you must be gay--and you're mad because HE was not....

  • to FrankClanton: i see that you are a fifteen year old kid-i want you to know i hope that you don't start any vicious blogging about dead hollywood actors-i am just gonna ignore you after this--and block you from my account--and i am gonna warn others about you; too. I think that you are a troll looking for attention--and most people are gonna ignore you--and tell you to get a life--or a friend

  • to FrankClanton: that is just a rumor: Google and boone's bio written by david rother mentions nothing on him being gay--and boone's surviving relatives; his son peter; his wife claire dispute that rumor. No; he was not a homosexual.

  • to 4pointedstar--i agree with you on his horseriding-i truly believe he insisted on doing most of his own stunt work--and i read something on his grandfather-having owned racehorses--he probably learned to ride as a boy-he had very good skills

  • to 52djd--I am certainly in my seat when i am at home watching this great show!

  • To all have gun will travel fans; the western channel on comcast has brought back Have Gun Will Travel show. i'm enjoying it again, and it is great. djd52

  • Classic TV right here. They sure dont make em like they used too

    RIP Richard Boone

  • buckfan, i got the Paladin gun set, cards, etc., too. i was ecstatic, put everything on and walked down the street feeling bad-ass! yes, about 1957-58, i was six or seven years old. wish i still had it all.

  • One year for Christmas (either 1957 or 1958) my little brother and I each got the gun & holster, derringer, and most important to us the business cards from Have Gun Will Travel. I remember getting into trouble at Mass on Christmas morning because when the usher came with the collection basket I tossed in a 'Have Gun Will Travel' business card. Dad was NOT happy...

  • About what time was this show popular?

  • I used to say BANG at the beginning of the show. If he actually tried shooting people that way, he would be too slow.

  • Can't verify if this is true, but when I was a teenager living in San Jose, we had new neighbors prior to our moving. He told us he was a Hollywood stuntman and that he worked with Mr. Boone. Additionally he stated that Boone was deathly afraid of horses and used a stand-in whenever possible. Take it for what it's worth.

  • you can pretty much tell by the way he rides and handles his horse that he wasn't remotely afraid of horses. Careful examination of the series will show very little stunt double work. There is always someone who will try to bring down someone because of their sucess and popularity.

  • I hope Richard Boon had a great enjoyable life. Loved his talent.

  • Look at that a very young Charles Bronson at

    2 . 20.

  • To melollylolly, Thank you for the warning. I Love Richard Boone, and have every episode of Have Gun Will Travel on vhs. I read the biography. It was a tender, touching story of the man behind the actor. I would like to say Thank You to Claire Boone for the wonderful pictures of Richard Boone and the family.

  • to tizalee-i would like to tell you something; please. As a relative of Dick Boone--and i will not disturb you again--there is a 15-year-old cyberstalker and blogger calling him peterfirthfan continuing to make slanderous comments on the internet about Boone--i had this person blocked from my account--so i am warning as many people as i can about this person-i just wish there was a way to get peterfirthfan's account suspended-because he continues to spread awful lies about Richard Boone

  • Alot of people dont know he was related to Daniel Boone and I have every episode of Have Gun will Travel and I watched it without fail with my Grandfather, Dad Uncles and everyone else back then. A truly Great Actor!! Those great westerns were great to watch and they have nothing on tv now.

  • Comment removed

  • to tizalee-i apologize--i have only said good things about richard boone

  • OK enough already with all this negative stuff you guys are writing about Dick Boone. For one-he would not be kicking anyone's butt, but I'm sure he'd have you by the nape of the neck trying to shake some manners into all of you.

Dick Boone was my uncle-a nice man, a family man.

I was lucky enough to be named after him. Leave him alone-let him rest in peace-

  • Hey Tizalee, If R. Boone was your uncle please tell me about him. I grew up in L.A. in the 50's and loved the show! I'm sorta a movie historian, where did he live in L.A at the time and where did he pass away? any other info I'd really appreciate. I can't tell you how many memories he brings back. Sometimes that nostalgia can really hurt if you know what I mean but I'm addicted to it just the same Any info would greatly be appreciated. thanks

  • aNYBODY that puts down Micheal Landon's show ( a wholesome family show--Highway to Heaven--is stupid. peterfirthfan--you just want to have something to say--and YOU ARE A SICK STALKER--YOU HAVE SERIOUS ISSUES:DUDE;you are a troll_GO SEE A PSYCHIATRIST__AND QUIT ANSWERING MY POSTINGS!

  • There was NOTHING wholesome about Landon.

  • Interesting. A sat with my Uncle and Dick Boone.

    Oh well.

  • I love richard boone, and have all hgwt, on vhs. he was a great actor. the shows they made back then were great, not like todays tv. and where is michael landon, when we need him, for some more great tv.

  • Michael Landon was crap just like his stupid show.

  • and finally; to peterfirthfan-from now on i want no messages from you after this-i. you spelled author David Rothel's last name wrong. .2 .you haven't read Boones bio because it is not available in the UK;and 3. you are a liar and don't know what you are talking about..were you present at any occurences you slander him with? NO! anyway, remove your hand from your pitiful crotch-you have gay fantasies about Boone-its evident-whyn't you stick with horse rapist Peter Firth;you fag!

  • to whiskeyboy-i hope you aren't talking to me- because if you are-fuck you. i have a life-i have family; friends; and grandchildren i enjoy--and all i was saying i hate to see an actor slandered when he ain't here to defend himself-and if am a fan--i can say it if i want to-least i aint posting lies like some people do

  • Get a life.

  • to Nemeses24--I apologize for not being able to upload that fried chicken picnic video-my kids might help me with that--anyway i wanna alert you-asa distant relative of Richard Boone-of a troll 15-year -old kid in the internet calling himself peterfirthfan-making slanderous false statements against Richard Boone-i am sure that you are mature enough to ignore him-i sometimes try to--but now and then he gets a lot of people angry-my uncle actually met Boone at Knotts Berry Farm many years ago

  • to peterfirthfan-and another thing--i don't think Boone's surviving realatives is gonna take kindly to a 15 year old U.K faggot that idolizes "EQUUs"-your gay horse fantasy-because that's what you named yourself after--making false and slanderous statements about Boone just because you wanna pick on dead actors-i bet if he was still around you wouldn't say these things to his face-your ass would get kicked--by him-and you vulture-picking on a dead actor's corpse-you sicko!

  • Take your blood pressure medication, melollylolly. It doesn't matter if Richard Boone was homosexual or not and he certainly wouldn't be "bad" or "sick" if he were. Clearly peterfirthfan saw the chance to wind you up like a cheap toy and your own weaknesses left you wide open for it. Attend to your own house.

  • to peterfirthfan:STOP with your sick insiuations about Richard Boone-Rothel's bio does not mention any bathouses-or him belonging to any--you are making up stuff-because you are a troll-and you insist on your continuing diatribe against Boone because you are of the club that if you keep saying this stuff people are gonna believe it--face it--kid--NOBODY in their right mind is gonna believe a 15-year old gay idiot like you-find another to mess with-you sicko gay fag

  • To Teach417: furthermore;I am glad to hear from you and other posters who says good things about Boone-and come to his defense--the good--wins out; anyway; and David Rothel's bio on Boone-"A Man Without Armour in A Savage Land" is informative and very well researched-his family and fellow actors share wonderful things about this that brings a smile to one's face--i will cancel out any negative things and click on spam any time -about negative postings-these slanderous trolls postings--be banned!

  • to Teach417: I admire that talented actor Richard Boone; John Wayne; and many others; it hurts me to hear trolls like peterfirthfan-who is a 15-year-old gay kid that lives in the UK-slander dead american actors--because of a gossip rag that MaureenO'Hara wrote--my respect for her has diminished. However; author David Rothel's bio on Boone shows a factual and wonderful side to a complex and caring actor-no mention of any gayness-his book -interviews with boone's family and widow-wonderful!

  • Did David Brothel's biography mention that Boone belonged to the same bath house in San Francisco as Rock Hudson and Freddie Mercury?

  • thank you shizrahound--i read julia phllip's book: "YOU"LL NEVER EAT LUNCH IN THIS TOWN AGAIN"--you are right.

  • 6509632418: thank you-for your comment-on Richard Boone. was very nice!

  • I see a man*, someone with flair & presence...I can only see the actor on film , but I know there was 1 helluva strong dude there , as a real man..those who cannot aspire to be men , criticize....ignore them , for face to face , the small minded ones would not make a whimper to a man like Richard Boone.

  • at least the boones; john wayne; james stewart; all the old-time actors and actresses achieved something on celluloid that they will always be remembered by-peterfirthfan; who is going to remember your young; sorry ass-nobody! so take your young teen-angst; gay ass and so see the "gay western" with heath ledger-called "BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN" that's more your style!

  • you are an idiot; peterfirthfan! Richard Boone had thick hair--he didn't need a wig--you can tell by the way the hair patterns run to the scalp--and i know you're gonna say something else stupid--if you watch any of his movies--course you gonna find anything to pick on about this long-dead actor and think you are being funny--and most of the time you sound ignorant and stu-pid and don't know what you are talking about-so cease and desist

  • ..and so did Daniel Boone... or was that a coonskin cap?

  • Pat's wig once fell off on TV.

  • THE REAL AMERICA !

  • richard boone was not an idiot--he was very wealthy--and he turned downed those roles because he felt that he was not suited for them--and he didn't need the money--wasn't worried about any "comeback"--he was wealthy enough to work when he felt like it!

  • Comment removed

  • Richard Boone was so drunk he couldn't even read the script for The Sting, which could have led to a huge comeback but instead went top Robert Shaw. He also turned down Hawaii 5-0, what an idiot.

  • According to Julia Phillips in her book, Boone never even read the script because he kept hanging up the phone when they called him for the role. Boone would've been great in the Sting as well as Quint in Jaws(he would've been my choice after striking out with Lee Marvin and Sterling Hayden.I think Stepehn Boyd as Brody, Boone as Quint and Tim Bottoms as Hooper might've worked. But then again, I would've drafted Ryan Leaf ahead of Peyton Manning.

  • Comment removed

  • I heard he had erectile dysfunction from all the cigarettes and whisky.

  • to johnnynoirman--peterfirthman makes ignorant comments on the internet becase he is 14 years old-angry because while raging at old-time tv and movie actprs whom he says drank and drugged themselves to death--you have to look at the fact that peterfirthfan isn't even old enough to drink--therefore he's a baby that mummy looks after and doesn't know half the time what he is even talking about

  • This is one of the greatest tv theme songs ever. I remember watching this show when I was very young. It wasn't so much the show that I liked, but I had to hear the theme every week, lol. Thanks for uploading it.

  • to mike mullay-i found some info on old actors that really pleases me

  • 好特別的音樂!我喜歡!

  • to peterfirthfan: regarding your comment on you can't be sued once somebody is dead-you had better think about the relatives or offspring of the object of your slanders-THEY CAN SUE YOU; PUNK! SO I THINK YOU HAD BETTER BE VERY CAREFUL--

  • Thanks for the heads up melollylolly. I am a 33 year veteran public school educator, who believes that using logic and facts (well documented and irrefutable facts) are the best way to inform anyone.

  • to mike mullay--peterfirthfan is a 14 year kid-who lives in the UK--he thinks all american men--including john wayne--and james arness-all cowboys--whom appeared on tv and movies--he says they are all gay--which we americans know--is a lie--peterfirthfan is a young homosexual kid--outing his desires on american men--better lookout!

  • Duke also had tremendous respect for a young James Caan when he did El Dorado which was a remake of Rio Bravo. If you were a man of your word (or woman) Duke respected you whether you worked in front of the camera or behind it. He practically worshipped John Ford who directed him in many films including Stagecoach in 1939 which made him a star. This despite the fact that Ford usually treated him like crap when he was directing Wayne.

  • I agree with you. Duke probably fired Tommy Kirk because he was not professional and incompetent or because he was communist, but he worked with both Montgomery Clift and Rock Hudson who he would have known were gay. Wayne was an interesting cat. Politically he was very conservative as we well know, but if you were the kind of person who did what you said you were going to do, and did it well he respected you. For example he got along well with Rick Nelson when they filmed Rio Bravo.

  • It was surprising that he also got along well with Laurence Harvey, a flamboyant gay actor.

  • John Wayne worked with many fine actors, and yes he knew well that some were homosexual. But he is on record as saying that as long as they came to work did their and did their jobs well as actors he didn't give a damn what their sexual preference was. Consult Michael Munn's biography on John Wayne and see for yourself. However, that being said if they were Communist or Duke even thought they were, that was a horse of a whole other color!

  • It was often saidf Wayne fired Tommy Kirk from The Sons of Katie Elder because he was gay, but that doesn't make sense because he still worked with Earl Holliman.

  • to peterfirthfan-you are obsessed with homosexuality --you are yourself a homosexual--you were sexually abused and that's why you rage at successful actors because you wanna fuck them-- and you are jealous of americans-you fourteen year old UK faggot

  • such a good and versatile actor. thye need more like him nowadays;they need character and substance in actors instead of vacant no talent pretty faces.

  • Comment removed

  • to peterfirthfan--anyway; you faggot--you quit talkin bad aboutj ohn wayne and boone--they were REAL MEN--you are gay--and I will swim the atlantic to kick your UK FAGGOT ASS!

  • to peterfithfan-i know you previosly mentioned what maureen ohara said about boone-SHE LIED on him; john wayne and many others to sell a book-she is about to fine herself sued by these people relatives--you UK gaywad!

  • to peterfirth fan--john wayne WAS homophobic--that means he had nothing to do with gays--you idiot! you don't even know what you are talikng about --and let's hear some proof about your sick accusations; you coward!

  • Nothing to do with gays? Is that why Wayne worked with John Ford, Laurence Harvey, Montgomery Clift, George Takei, Jeffrey Hunter, Rock Hudson and many others?

  • topeterfirthfan--you need to read author david rothel's well researched bio on richard boone --" A KNIGHT WTHOUT ARMOUR IN A SAVAGE LAND--

  • to peterfirthfan-you are a sick bastard--you are probably some young teenager spewing your rotten thoughts--you mad because boone and john wayne was straight -- and they wouldn't want your young gay ass-women love these guys--and your are a hater!

  • topeterfirthfan-you are a fuckin liar--boone ws NOT A HOMOSEXUAL--OHMYGOD --ONE SENTENCE IN A BOOK BY SOME BITCH --and you take it a gospel--he had wives--and a son who dispute you claim--you are probably gay yourself--and wish you could have gotten with him, and john wayne--and you are twisted--what proof do you have--hearsay? i hope one of boone's relatives see your nasty comment and file a lawsuit against your ass-i bet you like old gay ass adam lambert on american idol --boone was straight!

  • listen; posters; i know this is freedom of speech; but harvey cartwright and obamarules4ever are two teenage gay boys posting on the internet; one of them names are evan peacock and he lives in indiana:; and their poisonous postings are their gay wishful thinking; and i think their names should be removed before they find themselves sued for libel by one of boone's relatives

  • there was an episode where paladin met Oscar Wilde-I think it is available on DVD-it is entitled on the have gun will travel series -THE BALLAD OF OSCAR WILDE-I believe it appears in the first season.

  • Was there a episode where an 'Oscar Wilde' appeared in?

  • paladin-richard boone would be appalled by some of the negative racist comments some of you exhibit on this website--boone-and paladin stood for goodness and honor and decent treatment for his fellow man no matter what the skin color-please do not use paladin as an excuse for stupid ignorant racism

  • This is a wonderful clip...as a child I loved Paladin...thanks for sharing.

  • This theme song was sung by the 4 boys in the movie "Stand By Me"

  • to PeterFirth Fan and anyone else who says bad things about Richard Boone on this site: look at yourselves; leave this actor alone! there is no solid proof he anything other than a ladies man-a great humanitarian and he was a damn good friend of John Wayne-whom we all knew was homophobic--he wouldn't have associated with Boone if Boone was anything other than straight--i'm sick of weird sickos putting down this wonderful actor!

  • John Wayne was homophobic? Yes I'm not surprised after he had sex with so many men to get parts. His own mentor John Ford was 100% gay as well.

  • to mr obamarules 4ever: you are gay; that is why you attack richard boone as one! boone was a ladies man; and had many women after him; and had been married several times; and you let maureen ohara's lies motivate you to say nasty things about him. ms. ohara is a coward and she was too scared to lie on boone when was still alive because he probably would have beat the shit out of her for her lies. she aint got no arrest warrant and no booking number for boone--so she lie --see thru her lies.

  • we all know that richard boone was not a homosexual--read --the bio on him-- a knight without armour in a savage land--by david rother; boone's son peter and boone's 2 exwives diapute maureen ohara's claim about him--maureen ohara's memory is faulty--and let us females have our crushes and wonderful longings about such an actor-and a knightful man--a real man. And why did she wait until he was dead to print such outrageous lies about -my uncle met him -a good guy!
