  • And to anyone looking for a great price on the knife, it is half price on Amazon.

  • I've read in the comments that you haven't used the knife much, but what is the quality of the metal? i.e. how fast does it dull.

  • the inside assistor... "flipper" as you called it is for hooking on a pocket of belt for quicker openings. you simply rest the assistor on the outside (where the blade opens towards) and pull away quickly and it opens much quicker then using the inner assistor with your finger

  • Your not going to pinch yourself if you actually open it right, using the flipper opposite side of the handle opening.

  • I am so happy i found this on my last day of snowboarding i was walking up the hill and it was laying on the ground! i was so happy and today i found out it was a $60 knife!

  • Hey dude put your pocket clip on the back of the handle and when pulling the knife out your pocket snag it with the front flipper and you have got a cheap emerson wave... great fun :)

  • You have horrible knife handling....

  • The other flipper is also for left handed people. And when in a dangerous situation having the option of opening the knife with either hand helps. forumrr is exactly right. Nice review though.

  • Also this knife is designed for professional use, hens the auto lawks, and the duel flippers, one is for opening, the other is to give your hand equal safety and support, to keep your hand from riding into the blade.

  • @f0rumrr that and opening on a pocket. simply hook the assistor "flipper" onto a pocket. and swiftly push the kife away from the pocket and it opens much quickly the military would use that off utility belts to open the kinives quicker and save less time

  • I just picked up one of these, for the same reason, the veff serrations, they are fucking nice. The future of serrations

  • the second carson flipper on the thumb stud side is used as a wave feature like on the spyderco endura wave

  • hey bud, i was just wondering how this knife preformed, any problems, is good the steel, and how easy is it to disassemble to clean?

  • @cui1994 I havent really used this since I've been using the M16-01KZ but if they are alike then you shouldnt have any porblems with it. I LOVE the serrations on this, so sharp, it was such a cool design. I have cut myself with the serrations barely even touching them.

  • I thought this was spring assisted.

  • You aren't using the second carson flipper properly.

  • i lov this thx for ur time nice review

  • cool!
