It is basically sung by a failure student who hadn't actually failed but tried something new but the principal don't take attention of it. The song means that we have spent our life in studying but we haven't enjoyed it very much so the student was asking for one more chance to enjoy his life and that's why he sings that give me another chance wanna grow up once again.......
