Tibet-Kham-born Jetbu, Mongolia's Supreme Lama, has been recognized by Mongolian govt and accepted by Mongols. Jetbu Lama had been in exile since 1959.
In fact, it's a tradition that Jetbu Lama has to reincarnate in Litang, Kham, Tibet, China.

The central authorities also will not alter the established status, functions and powers of the Dalai Lama. Officials of various ranks shall hold office as usual." The difference between China and America is that in America, if we see something wrong with our officials' behavior, we immediately say it loud and clear and no one has anything to fear from it, not for one moment.
The problem in China is that 1) most Chinese people really don't know or believe what is happening in Tibet and 2) even if they did know, what would they do? Sadly, nothing.

The father of a west Auckland New Zealand girl subjected to horrific abuse has pleaded guilty to neglect and cruelty of a child. He'll be sentenced in December and could be jailed for up to five years. The girl's mother has already pleaded guilty to 25 child abuse charges and will be sentenced later this month. The girl was found with injuries to almost every part of her body.
