Hm I think definitely the same singer and her voice has been tampered with. Sometimes a woman's pitch is very hard to hide. Here it is obvious.

hm...sounds more androgenous than anything else. which I think is a good thing, this is like a voice of humanity kind of thing, it could be anyone, from any place on the planet. without taking into account the language, just the voice I mean. totally impossible to tell whether its male or female.
