The 'activation' link on sky anytime+ website doesnt work and I've just phoned sky to be told "It cannot be activated over the phone"

@Katashtrophie I had exactly the same problem over the last month, cannot order online. Phone SKy threatened to cancel my subscription and they are upgrading my HD Box for free and installing Anytime + next week. Result!!

I Phoned up Sky anyone with a amstrad HD box and sky broadband just phone number on anytime screen or sign in online using your sky id

Install options

Self Install if you have an ethernet cable run from sky box into Router

Engineer can come round with an ethernet cable or wi-fi box pending where your box is in relation to your router

if your like me and have a HD box made by another manufacturer and sky broadband it should be rolled out by the start of next year

How did u get it? i have eveything single sky package including hd, how do i set it up? my routers no where near my hd box does it need to be connected to it?

Thanks for the demo. Did you just plug your router into your Sky+HD box and it worked straight away or do you need to contact Sky for setup?

@bfpt84 Thanks for the help. I tried to activate it online but apparently it's not available in my area yet. Sky will send me an email when it is. Just have to play the waiting game now!
