@GangstaFan100 It's there all the time. Just keep driving along the Ocean Beach until you see a dirt track (or lots of sign post), then just look for the top fun van. I think It's almost near the end of the beach.

@Billkam I've been all around the track several times, and different times of the day, and it's not spawning for me either. I can't believe I'm closer to 100% than I've ever been on my new save, but this will prevent me from reaching it :'(

@WebMaster1337 i did find out how do it eventually, you have to go and get the top fun van from the parking lot at the mall and drive it at the exact spot where the van should spawn on the beach, if you do that the mission will start. To find the exact spot you can google it (apparently this is a common glitch if you are playing the game on ps3). Hope this helps

@Billkam Thanks a lot dude. After spending about 20 minutes parking the Top Fun in that pixel perfect spot, I finally managed to access the mission. After that, it took me about 8 attempts before I won.

do you need this for 100% because i had 70% when i started and when i won i had 70%

Yes you need. There is no progress as % for each mission, because missions are more than 100, I mean all missions, not only storyline.

Yes, the game show only full percents, not like GTA San Andreas.

how the fuck do you do this mission!!! anyone got some good tips?

i just beat it just now, it took me many tries, use the R1 button to use sharp turns to keep on the inside, only do this for the couple of sharp turns that there are in the beginning, if done right you'll get ahead early, now stay ahead, the last part where you go around the big rock is hard, maybe slow down a notch there, never hit the sides of walls, stay on the inside.

@chrisamor707 hold X during the countdown, then at turns, slow down a little. if you dont miss a checkpoint you should be 1st
