That was the 1984 Atari System 1 Road Runner game. It says Copyright 1984 across the bottom of the attarat screen. I managed an arcade in the mid 80's and we had one. 2o year old game. Big deal.
I wish the Road Runner laserdisc game planned for the 1980's with a prototype recently seen at s 2006 video game nostalgia convention made it to arcades today or home systems of Wii, PS3, DS, and/or X-Box 360. Why not? Dragon's Lair 2 - Time Warp didn't get released until 1991!

no the one that are on MAME aren't laserdisc game.
This one is prototype game. at first they made it to be laserdisc but later they changed their mind and changed it to that game that are on MAME.
