Maybe you could seperate the gas The (H) comes off of the (-) and the (o) comes off of the (+) (i think) so maybe you could seperate the gases with a plastic divider in the water and allow the oxygen to vent out and just burn the Hydrogen. Im not sure its just a thought.
Yeah Its been over six months since ive posted any updates. Since the production of the last video I switched to a dry cell with EFIE modulator, mpgs are almost double on the highway.
Put silicone rubber around the top of the "getto" cooler. The first thing i thought was leakage from the top of this cooler. Or change the box to those big waterproof electrical boxes at home depot.
The opening on the torch is way-larger than those I have viewed. The above comment-the air filler for a basketball is more the size needed. Keep up the work.
What size hole in your torch tip? It looks too big to me. I think even using a basketball filler valve, they compress part of it to make a tighter hole in the tip. I don't have a working torch so I may be off base...
I add spice to the soup until I get the amps I am looking for. I might go with 10 grams to a gallon of distilled water as a start. Let her get heated up good. Check the amps. Then add just a pinch of spice till she gets up to amps I want.
You may indeed be pushing CO gas due to the baking soda. I knew it gave off CO gas, but had no idea would be enough to kill a torch. I may have been wrong.
I have switched to sodium hydroxide, but still not cutting.Anybody know where to aquire potassium hydroxide, or something similar to it.I have also replaced the cooler with an old ammo box, it actually holds pressure without the use of my dumbells.
theres a place where you can get chemicals online but I gotta find it again. My thought is the plate configuration. alternate the voltage distribution on the plates. There is a balance between that and the electrolyte and the voltage. Seems like you should be getting more gas. I have not done this so take it with a grain of salt.
If you are using baking soda as the electrolyte. The flame will not be very hot because baking soda produces Carbon Dioxide gas along with the HHO. Carbon Dioxide is what they put in fire extinguishers.
yes the co2 will do alot to the flame, try KOH or NaOH, around 25-50% of the gas is co2, kinda neat "cool" flame though, but not very useful. Take a look online for koh, Smartscarecrow had a good place for it, I have enough for quite some time, so I haven't had to buy it in months. Good valve and torch setup,
I would start with a gallon of distilled water and add between 5-10 grams of NaOH (sodium hydroxide). That is about 1/2 to a hole teaspoon to the gallon. You can always add more later if needed.

The added oxygen is a plus because it burns the gasoline more completely, thus keeping your insides cleaner

But you need to modify your cat-converter Oxy senser or the car will over fuel!
Hey, you should look into a dry cell.

I need to crack on with my cell, its hard to find the time.
I'll get on with it if its that good!

If you cant find the time, then make it.

I know, I know...

LoL Yeah the ghetto cooler was replaced with a drycell, much more effiecnt.

Actually the entire system was ill equipped for the job, Dry cells by comparison kick ass

Check your cell temp. If your cell runs hot steam may be diluting your HHO.

KOH is the best to use for electrolyte

Its the 0.30 tip, the flame is orange in color.

I do believe you are not off base-right-on.

I have an Aquygen 1500 Generator and may be able to help you a bit.

O.k. I quess I am not familiar with Aquygen, tell me more.

I can sell you 2LB bags or patassium hydroxide for $50 + SH. I own an Aquygen 1500 torch and purchase items from the Klein's all the time.

I certainly hope you did not pay that much for it. Thanks for the offer but I think I will make it.Its not all that hard, and certainly cheaper.

Thanks! I never would have thought of the catalyst, I quess I will try sodium hydroxide. Do you know what a good ratio mix is?

maybe you got some leaks-also the packing of the bronze wool-if its too tight restricts your flow.
