Whoever made this obviously doesn't know the rules of high jump. That jump still counts.

You obviously haven't been to enough. If you get over with the bar on, get off, then the bar falls, it still counts. That's why you often see them rush off of the mat after they jump, to avoid it falling off. My brother was a high jumper and I went to tons of his meets, I'm a track athlete now aswell, I guarantee you I've been to way more meets than you.

Nah, because I hate that rule. It just wouldn't be true to the sport of high jump, in my opinion. It would kind of be like fouling in the long jump, but getting out of the sand pit in like 2 seconds.

Yes, my highest is 6'4" [1.93m], though I've come close to 6'6" several times.

^ Got that my junior year of high school, but I've been doing a lot of training this year for the upcoming indoor and outdoor seasons. I have really high hopes this school year :D

its called the pole vault not high jump.

no. pole vaulting is where you run with a pole and use that to lift you up over the bar. he wasnt running with a pole
