i rather have people pitching out hate comments for as long as youtube stays up, that will at least give a small chance of it going away. not to mention nobody gets paid when people watch their music videos... hell the artists used to have to pay MTV/VH1 to show their videos only for promotion use. (back when they actually showed music videos and not random trashy scrubs picked off the sidewalks thinking they're celebs just because they got on a reality show)

Artists only get paid by 3 things. 1. Record deals/contracts. 2. Gigs (where most of their money comes from) 3. CDs(only get a small percentage paid)
