  • If you have low back pain, mid-back pain, or whatever it may be, there is a really great read called "Healing Back Pain" by Dr. John Sarno. It conveys, without a doubt, the most Responsible Content on the matter that I have ever come across and is NOT "about" anatomy in general. You can google his name - don't have to buy the book. I tried chiropracty, massage, cortizone, exercise, etc. P.S. I've had 2 discectomies in the past - didn't know better, and....yeah, it's a really worthwhile read.

  • i have ddd im 22 and im thinking of having metal disc's to replace my old discs is this the best operation for me i have 3 damaged discs

  • one word for you all. Kettlebells.

  • how are kettlebells used to cure back pain?

  • But if you pain is in your bone structre it can only alieviate pain for a while the pain is still there so are the problems

  • does this work for degenerative disc disease?

  • In many cases it can significantly alieviate the pain and increase the hydration of the disc in DDD patients.

  • what about a disc that has lost pretty much all its fluid, cushion, content in its center (pulposis)? does it stimulate new growth of the pulposis?

  • the injection only helped me for about 3 weeks!

  • I have facet joint disease and just had cortisone injected into the right side of L1 and L2. What an amazing difference.

  • is this for real...does it work? im in pain

  • This is for real and it does work for a number of back issues. Without a full exam, it is impossible to know if it is the right thing for you.
