  • a kilo is how many potatoes because im not fimilliar with the metrick system very much

  • @mbakingandcrafting You can convert the measurements using a Measurement Conversion website. There is a link to a good one on my channel page ;)

  • its an awesome recipe!!! but can i use anything else instead of using egg ??

  • @Ashley5swara The egg is the glue, but you could use just egg whites. Don't know if an egg substitute product would work. If it's sticky it will.

  • i though he said "huggable pot chef" XD

  • kids will eat anything that is fried!!

  • can i use anything else instead of egg?

  • I'm feelin' crazy because I love cookies

  • @pupluver98 Absolutely ;)

  • If I made these with some fish and potatoes how long should I cook them for ? :-D

  • what kind of cheese would u add to this recipe if u were making a bacon & cheese nugget?

  • @Lennoxrenol Try adding some cheddar cheese ;)

  • @OnePotChefShow hiii, thx for this receipe, can u tell me, if we want to replace veggies, as u said, by drumsticks, do we need to boil them a lil bit? (to avoid half cooked chicken??) thxx

  • @angelpari80 how lon can we use it once we made it

  • @Lennoxrenol You're still alive??

  • Wait sorry.. im confused.. i saw you put the potato and vegetables in...but they look like chicken nuggets when theyre done... is this wizardry orr.... i just dont know... how is this even possible? is it like a vegetable cloaking device? does the frying pan turn the vegetables into chicken? WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS!?

  • Great recipe ! What temperature do you reckon in the oven for these nuggets ? Love your videos. The love of cooking shines through plus great humour.

  • @Nimmanhemin17 I'd say about 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes or until golden and crisp on the outside ;)

  • screw great for kids, i'm trying this tomorrow...

  • If you have kids that wont eat give em a good spank and let them go to bed hungry.

  • Good job on your video I liked it very much!

  • Good job on your video I liked it very much!

  • get in there!

  • hmm that kitchen looks similar to nicko's kitchen.

  • When you say put it in the oven, on 200 degrees Celsius do you mean in a preheated oven or not !?!? sorry i am very confused

  • @linaifoutouh1 An oven should ALWAYS be preheated before use, unless specifically told otherwise ;)

  • Thank you

  • @OnePotChefShow Good sir! Do you have a guesstimate on how one would do these in the oven? Temp & time? Help a sister out~? =)

  • @breakingthisdown Since everything in them is already cooked, You only need to put them in the oven long enough to crisp them up and warm them through. I'd recommend 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes - but keep an eye on them so they don't burn ;)

  • @OnePotChefShow Ty! I'm pretty hopeless in the kitchen, LOL, so every little bit helps. =]

K, I do okay...but I do a whole heck of a lot of experimenting, heh...

  • why do you put that ;) smiley behind every single reply? o_O

  • @pivoterkiller I think it looks nice ;)

  • @pivoterkiller ( ☼ ) ( ☼ ) did i put a smile on your face?

  • is the cornflakes like the CEREAL? I wasnt sure about that one. All i know is it isnt the honey flavoured.

  • @SuperEmilyy24 Yes, the cereal. Use the plain (unflavored) cornflakes ;)

  • Aww You look and sound so cute every time you say : On the one pot chef. ^_^

  • is it like croquette??

  • @TheCanontube Yes, very similar ;)

  • Looks very good!

Has anyone tried these on their kids?

  • This is nice but I just Smack my kids in the face and make the eat their Vegetables Plane!!!!!

  • ahaha at the beginning of the video I thought it was fruit loops on the left side of the screen, not mixed veggies...:P sily me

  • They Look So Nice May Try These :)

  • cornflake coating...genius!! going to try these on my kids tonight

  • Thanks so much for this recipe my family loved them!!!!!! :D

  • What is a good alternative to the cornflakes? I love the recipe, but I dislike the taste of the cornflakes.

  • @PacmanxBaguette Try dried bread crumbs ;)

  • @PacmanxBaguette Try Panko bread crumbs also! there a bit lighter and very good!!

  • How sad i dont even have kids :(

  • no offence but frying is fattening so if these r suppose 2 b healthy, then frying them kind of defeats the purpose

  • @MirandaAugust64 It depends on what kind of oil you use. If you fry them in animal fat, then yes it's going to be bad for you. But using Canola Oil (or other vegetable based oils) reduces the fat and cholesterol significantly. I also stated in the video these can be baked in the oven.

  • @OnePotChefShow canola oil is still REALLY fattening. it's has like 23% of ur daily value of fat (or something like that. maybe even more) in 2 tablespoons

  • @MirandaAugust64 Where did you get those figures from? If you are shallow frying, and heat the oil to the correct temperature, the fat content is minimal as the food will not absorb the oil.

As I stated, you also have the option to bake them in the oven. So it's up to you ;)

  • @OnePotChefShow ik ik u cud also do it in the oven. im just talking about the frying. and i got those "figues" from the nutritional facts on the back of the bottle ;)

  • @OnePotChefShow

    woah big fight mate :)

  • @OnePotChefShow... or they have the option of not making it at all and just being happy with your vibrant energy and great recipes :) shieet i'm a raw vegan but i love watching your show :)

  • @MirandaAugust64 she just said you could cook it in the damn oven

  • cool

  • What a beast!

  • I tried it but I put them in the oven. Everyone liked it! Thanks

  • my dad dips in two time to be crispy

  • you know the food is gonna be good if its done by a chubby person :D

  • im just saying but isnt it so obvious that the kids can see them?

  • @TheLeeeena Bake until golden and crispy ;)

  • i think i might put shredded chicken and abit of cheese in the middle when im making it into nugget shape...omg this is gonna be so simple and good!

  • This looks great chef, but i need to watch my oil intake as i am over weight, 1. can i oven bake these? if so how much oil would i require on the baking tray? 2. can i dip in the egg mixture and next in the cornflour and bake ?

  • Mmmmm..that would be nice for morning breakfasts....

gonna try it tomorrow morning ..yum

  • Looks nice. But its not healthy at all.. should not be replaced with vegetables..

  • @iepposko if u bake it it's healthier

  • a great recipe for a vegetarian like me! ima try this today :D

  • ma tommy is making a noise mmmmm im going to get my hands on them delicious nuggets

  • I love the inventiveness of this recipe! One of my ideas is to make Mexican dumplings which i am making tonight for the first time- (Involving tortillas cut in smaller circles filled with cheese, beans and chicken; then folded over, brushed with oil and toasted...oh and topped with sour cream!) Feel free to try and keep up the fantastic work one pot chef!

  • @crazycookie87 that sounds well nice, how did it go?

  • @ryan14ization, it went really well actually. I used Mexican rice that i made, and shredded chicken that i had on hand. the "fried" crunch of the tortilla is fantastic! I would definitely recommend it!

  • do you think that grated cheese would go nicely in the mixture too?

  • @shamjidali It would taste slightly different. I'd recommend using bread crumbs if you don't have cornflakes ;)

  • @shamjidali use panko japanesee bread crumbs its better in my opinion

  • I didn't have corn flakes or bread crumbs, so i smashed some of the little pretzels. My family seemed to like em...hehe
