Wondering why nobody discovered DietOramy healthy eating plan? I was randomly visiting Google and came across it - I must say it is actually the very first healthy eating plan that I have tested that does not cause me to feel continuously hungry, and I am nonetheless losing surplus fat.
To take this a big step better try incorporating raw fruits and veggies in your diet. Green Smoothies, Fresh Juices and salads are healthier than any of the cooked food in his book. Don't get me wrong, his cooked food is better than meat, dairy and processed foods. But cooked fruits, veggies and beans don't compare to raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Heat destroys nutrients. I would say go at least 70% raw and 30% cooked.
hey hey! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
@jerrygerard100 the best milk substitute I have found is almond milk. there are many other nut milks too and I have heard that hazelnut milk is tremendously good! don't get soy milk, its kind of chalky tasting......at least to me:P
@jerrygerard100 Almond, coconut, rice. They are available at the local grocery. My fans are coconut and almond although I just bought rice and I will try that soon.
This book took me to the vegan lifestyle after about a year of being vegetarian. My young kids eat this stuff too! I would recommend watching his fathers research and documentary Forks Over Knives.
I just started the low fat vegan diet and am getting great results. My blood sugar dropped almost instantly and my mom, who is a diabetic, is seeing results as well. Finally, I found a lifestyle and not a fad diet. It's yummy and exciting!!
These recipes look delicious. I just want to add that when it comes to corn and soy please get the organic as to avoid Genetically modified food. If you want more info on this check out Jefferey Smith here on the ytube.

I love that he addresses that athletes can eat vegetarian. I get harassed about that weekly. Great stuff. And Rip is a rather, um, attractive deliverer of the message :-)
@LaCelestia I agree! Break me off a piece of that! Seriously though, between Rip's dad, Dr. Esselstyn's Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease, and Dr. Doug Graham- 80-10-10, life can be lived much more cleanly and clearly without killing ourselves with our teeth!!

You eat this way for a while and then try going back to ANY processed food and it tastes like eating old tires. I had a couple of Chips Ahoy cookies, one each of two varieties, the other day and I swear they tasted like lab chemicals and sugar. Disgusting.
@progrocker69 100% agree. I went to Dr. McDougall's 10 day live in program back in August and it changed me forever. I had a piece of prime rib for Christmas dinner and felt terrible!
