  • naw i am using a self programmed tone with my GNX4 its a i call it duck walk coz it quacks with the wah ;o) its a 76 hardtail strat with new lace sensors p/ups and electronics through a Marshall 212 combo..thanks for the compliment ;o)

  • It's so rare to hear a total jam out! Cool... These days you have maybe 8 bars to freak out, then back to the hook. Love it!

    Michelle loves your animation!

  • thanx a lot bro...i did this lead as an improv in one take but it took a week to assemble the arrangement to my liking..thanks for the detailed comment ;o) and say hi to Michelle too! ;oD

  • Hi Mike! Did you play this at Toobstock? If so is there footage? hehe you know it's my fav! Ta Ta 4 now!

  • it sounds like zeppelin

  • i hear that

  • Hey strat this is a great piece! Love the sound of your strat. If you ever need a drummer at the farm (to family) and your son isn't available I'd be happy to fill in. While my videos don't reflect it drums are my first love and this stuff would be a blast to play.

  • cool man you should come to farm to family one month , we could jam ..he has a mini festival every full moon ;o)

  • were u in a jeep wheelin or what? im confused

  • I think its probably a mule. Kind of like a mixture between 4 wheeler and golf cart on steroids. But I am not positive that's what he is driving.

  • yup Traci its a type of mule, its a "Kubota" which is a bit wider than most 4-wheelers...indeed its like a small Jeep

  • see below ;o)

  • OMG is that you playing? And just think I almost didnt click on this one. Just totally freaking awesome!!!!!!! Do you have more like it? Not enough stars on here to rate! 5 stars x 100!!!This is definitely going to my Great music playlist!!! Take care Strat.

  • thanks a lot Traci! this is the kind of thing i prefer to play but its hard to find the right folks to do it with me...that Is me on the bass and the guitar, and i programmed the digital drum loop too. i am training my 13 year old son to play it (we just played it a few minutes ago) and he is about 80% ready, we will post it up as a duet when he is ready...if you like this you might check out my vid "Strat on Strat" its got a similar vibe.

  • thanks a lot Danny, i appreciate you going back to check this stuff ;o) i tried redoing this with my fender Jazz bass, but it doesnt have the spirit of this...maybe its the short scale, makes it a much faster neck.

  • "YT audio quality issues aside"

Hi Bro... on AVC, make sure your Audio Bitrate is down to 64 Bit only, 320x240 resolution and video bit rate to down 192. Otherwise there's a noticeable improvement from your first broadcast. :)

  • improved but not stereo, thanks for trying to help emmanuel

  • No problem Bro... your original video needs to be in stereo first and the AVC will just retain it in FLV for YouTube.

I assume you made the song with the same method you used for your You're A Big Girl Now -- Stratisfaction could also sound as crisp as the magic The Sheriff did. :)

  • Hey Bro!! I think I just Got STRATISFIED!! DAAAMN Juicy Licks!!

  • haha ..when i 1st moved down here the fellas at work put a live aligator in the tool locker..i opened the door and reached for my tools before i saw him...man did i jump back! it was a 4' long gator from the jobsite pond with his mouth duct taped shut..all the guys were hiding and came out for the big laugh ;o)

  • Thanks for the tour of your back yard! I would upload a similar musical tour of my back yard but I have to find a really, really short song for the soundtrack; even "Her Majesty" drags on just a bit too long for the size of my property.

Pleased to be among your first 500!

  • well it actuall goes into some of my neighbors "yard" too, my property only goes back 660 feet from the road

  • I can't see my first comment, so I can't see your reply, so I guess I'll just say "You're welcome" anyway.

    Pat :o)

  • thanks Pat! i used AVC to convert to flv...as of today i am also using it to capture YT vids and convert to wmv for my windows movie maker...opens a whole new world !

  • I use these settings they seem to work the best. I spent 8 or 10 hours yesterday experimenting with Riva and AVC. I found that the AVC gave me the best results with the below settings.

Any Video Converter Settings! The best settings!

    Video Size 220X176

    Video Bitrate 216

    Video Framerate 30

    Audio Bitrate 128

    Audio Samplerate 44100
