again the guy gets the nuts. it's good to check to the turn hoping that someone gonna catch something too. for example if the second Q hits the board on the turn juanda would have bet there. if tony G bets the flop he can blow off both of them rigth there. he doesn't want that. however the worst possible card hits the turn and the hand is over. a bet on the turn would be stupid. IF you want to get paid off with this kinda flop - DON'T BET THE FLOP
