Looks like you had a great time. It sure was a beautiful area. We don't have much snow in the mountains here. There's a storm coming in so maybe next week. It's been a long time since I cooked food over an open fire. Now I usually wait until the fire burns down to embers. I guess that wasn't an option for you with time constraints and all.
