@umoron1 Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. However, dissing a school for here say about one program in particular, nursing in this case, is just ignorant. BSU currently has one of the top Electrical Engineering programs in the nation and are continually rising in those stats. U of I has a much better law program and ISU is best for pre-med. They all have their strengths. Yes, I am a die-hard BSU fan. Yes, I love to see the other schools lose to us in sports. But no, I don't think it

only football? and the turf? You obviously dont know anything about Boise State. Yes, Grad rates WERE one of the lowest, But now they are steadily increasing over the years. Bronco wrestling is one of the best squads in the nation. Bronco Basketball is starting to make a name for themselves. Bronco Softball is doing good things this year. Bronco Tennis does great yearly.

@Droc7227 Grad rates still are among the lowest. Football and wrestling are the only thing that idiot school is known for. They get blasted everywhere else. If it weren't for that, it wouldn't even exist outside the state.

@umoron1 obviously you dont watch basketball, nor softball. And tennis. The Broncos are good all over. Just people who live outside of the beautiful state of Idaho know us for football. So your telling me you dont believe in giving people 2nd chances? Everyone should get a 2nd chance to do the right things. Yes, we do give felons a 2nd chance to play football. Do you hear anything bad about them now? Hell no, cause they learned from their mistakes and make better of their lives.

@Droc7227 Yeah, so Bozo had a good year in B-ball. Unfortunately there have been a couple of them arrested lately. Also one who plays pro ball couldn't keep to his own business and got involved with the cops and got thrown in the can recently. Defend them all you want. I was born and raised here. Been paying attention to the shmucks for the last 30 years. It's all over the place and can't escape the immoral stupidity. They got beat in soft ball 203 days ago.

@umoron1 You act like your the only one who is from Idaho(if you really are). Im from a town 50 miles north of Boise, its called Payette, Idaho. You act like your the only one on this comment posts who pays attention to Boise State University, I have not been alive for 30 years, but I have been watching Bronco football since 98' and got into other BSU athletics around 02'-03'. I will defend any player on any Boise State roster. From Volleyball to Track to cross country, I will defend them all.

@Droc7227 And their once glorious tennis team is getting creamed by everyone. Even people who know don't even take nursing from them, they go to a small college. Typing error...softball got beat on both sides 2 0r 3 days ago. So, no, take away football and they fade in the limelight..lose once and the bandwagon fans get all whiny and lose support. You have no real defense.

@umoron1 Bronco womens softball just swept the #23 team over this past weekend. Yes, Tennis isnt having a dominant year, but still a winning year. They dont fade, dude you are a typical Vandal fan. You think were just known for football.

Looks like someone has given their child a decent chance at life. Only thing Boise state has going for it is football and the stadium. No, wait..I almost forgot...the 4th most felons on the team as well. Many people I have talked to admit the academics there is worthless, the nursing has no credibility, many choose to go elsewhere. When I see a young child in orange and blue GARBage I say to myself, sad..he could have had a decent life.
