I go to a Boarding school in London, and we have a wrestling club which I take part in. Two students have earned a silver and bronze medal in the last tournament. However there is going to be another wrestling tournament in Bristol which I am going to take part in. Although I am a British- Turk, The British are not a match compared to other countries.

WOW, I go to a Turkish boarding school in London and I'm in the wrestiling club and we've earned a certificate from the British Wrestling Association, I'm going to be taking part in the Bristol Wrestling Tournament in July, previously two students from my school have earned a silver and bronze medal :), I'm looking forward to the tournament, no offence but Brits are no match to Turks in Wrestling.

How can I create my own wrestling club?

I am a Judoka with no wrestling experience.

I'm willing to learn though. Theres no Wrestling clubs that are within my reach. (I checked) and I'd love to promote the sport.

I was very interested in freestyle wrestling in the mid 1990's and contacted the British Olympic Wrestling Association. I already had a black belt in judo. But everytime I paid money for tapes, training, membership from the Wrestling Association I got ripped off and received nothing. The excuses ranged from stolen computers to fires. Complete scam artists. Things might have changed now but please be careful before handing any money over. The Judo association never ripped me off always honest.

If you go on a mat thinking you're countries programs are more dominant so you'll easily have more skill you'll get destroyed. You take everyone on like they're the top in the weight class.
