I wonder what republican right winger Larry Kudlow would say about Mark Lanier? Would he call him a Communess, a plague upon the land, anti-American, or even worse, a liberal tort lawyer? If K is appointed to a McCain cabinet position (God forbid) would he force Lanier to take a 1950's loyalty oath, "Ah believe that free mkt capitalism..."
