  • Are those running shoes? Terrible things to squat in, look it up. Try doing it in your socks if the floor isn't slippery (it damn well shouldn't be!) or use Chuck Taylors, Vibram Five Fingers, maybe squat shoes.

  • @Bukujutsu ever try shoes designed for squating and deadlifting??? best way to go if you have 100 to spend but the chucks are great or any shoe with a flat bottom

  • Good form, but keep your chest up. Try low bar squatting if youre having trouble.

  • good form bro. One tip, focus on pointing ur elbows donw to the ground. This well pervent u from leaning too far over and putting too much stress on ur lower back as u did on the last one. Keep it up bro.
