Some of the 170's up here howl a little but the most they do is just sound like hoovers... nothing howls or screams like a 323 though.

Yeh, your '170s how like fook as soon as they get up to temperature, this thing usually howls for the sake of it!!

Oh and btw., 323s don't howl in the slightest, but they do sound bloody awesome!!

Howling might have been the wrong word, perhaps I meant whining... you know the sound of the electricity passing through it and stuff.
