Why on every shoulder support/mount video do you get "that guy" that asks.....Can you run with it?

Yes you can run with it, and your video will look like an episode of COPS. There will never be a shoulder mount that will give you the dolly-like effect that a dolly or steadicam will give you.

@MissionTrivial No, you can actually find cameras nowadays that are battery-operated and no longer require you to hand crack it for the whole shot.

Looks like a Panasonic HVX200. Not recomended for running though. Might be good for long standing shots.
