Using Expression Web 3 Publishing Features

I've spent 15 minutes trying to upload an updated page and even though Expression web locally shows the changes, the pages on the site remain the SAME (outdated). This is nuts.I miss Front Page and WS FTP. All I had to do was make the changes and upload the new page to replace the old one with the new. .
