This commercial is actually how I became familiar with this song, years later it's still burned in my mind. Funny thing is, a friend of mine was doing heroin, a group of us who didn't do drugs knew about it, so we held an intervention. She's now clean, but still struggles to gain weight (she's under weight by 15 pounds. doesn't sound like much but if she became seriously ill, she'd have nothing to fall back on). Luckily, she didn't share needles. Gotta be thankful for that!
