Have you already checked the impeller housing for debris? You can also take the impeller shaft out and flip it around to see if that helps the noise go away. If all else fails you may have to get a new impeller and impeller shaft.
@xxbluezxx Thanks for the tips. I didn't know you could flip the shaft around. Too late though - It turned out I still had 1 day on my 30-day return policy with Amazon, so I had them exchange it. Except I only exchanged the motor and sent back everything else new
this noise is killing me ! you should return this thing when the first time you hear this noise
