Watching your videos lightens up my day. When i watch it at work I cannot wait to get home and try them out. I wish there were more people in my house I can have reason to cook more. I like quick simple recipes and you are the master of it. Life in America is just too hectic for complicAted recipes. Keep up the good work

This was one of the simplest dishes I tried and boy did it taste well!

You can use lemon juice or chaat masala if you wish to, in place of dry mango powder.
