    Im in the military and work out constantly yet for

    me Ive always had issues with my waistline no

    matter the amount of cardio and situps I do. After

    losing some pounds only an inch came off my waistline.

    However, through the help of this program at the site:

  • Only time I do abs is when I don't squat. In 3 months only 2 ab exercises. Seem to work best for them.

  • Hanh, Please help me out i've been outta town for 6 months and i've been going to the gym for 2-3 mmonths i gained about 15 pounds of muscle but when im back i do kickboxing and i burn over 2000 calories per class can i still get big?

    how do i know that my weights are heavy enough? cause for bulking i nead heavy weights and if i take your arms workout for example, you do 5 sets / 12 rep. are the weights heavy enough if i can barely do 5x12? or should i take heavier weights and nearly fail at the 5th set without help?

  • U said you don't really do arms right? so does that mean its not really necessary to work them cause your arms are massive. Do they just get big from your pulling and pressing movements?

  • @jason59fifty Your arms grow in proportion to the rest of your body. A rule of thumb is that the circumference of your arms grow about an inch every 15 pounds of lean muscle you put on. They get worked out by all the other movements in the rest of your exercises, especially during back exercises. Hanh's arms are in a great proportion with the rest of his body, but some guys want their arms to be in an even larger proportion, so for that you would work out your arms directly once a week.

    he has two videos stating the supplements he takes but that only takes him 10%. Hanh works out 5 days a week whether he's hurting, tired, or pumped and has for 5 years or more. Frank is an example of someone who relies on his food for protein and energy. which leads me to a question.. Hanh do you recommend heavier people to take creatine when slimming down? I still take whey and trying to find cassein in powder form.

  • @ZealotNate Creatine retains water so I wouldn't recommend it for slimming down. Creatine is in beef. If you're slimming down I would recommend leaner sources of protein such as chicken or fish.

  • Hey Hanh, If you are working out arms would it be best to work out 1specific muscle group at a time then go to another muscle group. Example: Finish working out your biceps then go to triceps. Or would you prefer to alternate the groups. Example: Finished like 5 sets of a bicep workout then go do triceps and go back to biceps?
