I don't understand how you are able to do so many reps of so many different exercises for your arms...... do you have like infinite energy? I always have trouble maintaining my endurance while lifting.... when I get tired... I stop... but I don't want to cause I know I won't build muscle to break through my plateau phases.

@jason59fifty Your arms grow in proportion to the rest of your body. A rule of thumb is that the circumference of your arms grow about an inch every 15 pounds of lean muscle you put on. They get worked out by all the other movements in the rest of your exercises, especially during back exercises. Hanh's arms are in a great proportion with the rest of his body, but some guys want their arms to be in an even larger proportion, so for that you would work out your arms directly once a week.

one thing i notice ur doin wrong is when u do ur dumbell/barbell curls u lift ur elbow up when u do them. im not an expert or anything i just heard thats not good for muscle growth, maybe im wrong but it just doesnt look right to me.

he has two videos stating the supplements he takes but that only takes him 10%. Hanh works out 5 days a week whether he's hurting, tired, or pumped and has for 5 years or more. Frank is an example of someone who relies on his food for protein and energy. which leads me to a question.. Hanh do you recommend heavier people to take creatine when slimming down? I still take whey and trying to find cassein in powder form.
@ZealotNate Creatine retains water so I wouldn't recommend it for slimming down. Creatine is in beef. If you're slimming down I would recommend leaner sources of protein such as chicken or fish.

Hey Hanh, If you are working out arms would it be best to work out 1specific muscle group at a time then go to another muscle group. Example: Finish working out your biceps then go to triceps. Or would you prefer to alternate the groups. Example: Finished like 5 sets of a bicep workout then go do triceps and go back to biceps?

Hanh I love the vids, and im just curious do you know how the after burn effect works? because i have some fat on my stomach and i know you just cant get rid of fat in one area but could you give me any idea on how to lose some of it because iv looked into it and running in the end does lil to none to get rid of the fat. but thanks for you video's iv had a good routine going for about 4-5months now.

Dude, you're awesome and great inspiration. Could you gimme a tip of how I could split the week up, like example: Monday Bicep, tricep (Or something like that). Would really help me because your program routine seems to be quite effective. Anyways, great vid :)

Ahh Hanh ! im feeling so scrawny when i'm watching your vids ! but i feel motivated somehow too ! started working out few days back after stopping my swimming training for around 8-9 months lol. :\ thanks alot Hanh !

Hey Hanh, If you are working out arms would it be best to work out 1specific muscle group at a time then go to another muscle group. Example: Finish working out your biceps then go to triceps. Or would you prefer to alternate the groups. Example: Finished like 5 sets of a bicep workout then go do triceps and go back to biceps?
