The DHCP request message is broadcast, instead of being unicast to a particular DHCP server, because the DHCP client has still not received an IP address.
the other dhcp servers are just to illlustrate how the dhcp server would respond to a request for an ip, in practice you would only have 1 dhcp server which is your router which gives your pc an ip address.
