@MirkikoChan They all seem to be from episode 1-10. I don't think scenes from the later episode would be possible to find at the time of this video's posting due to Shaft delaying the anime for an entire month and Shaft not liking to put in actual previews at the end of episodes.

I personally am "Meh" about it. there are so many other shows this season i would rather watch. I mean, this show is interesting and all, but Id rather watch GOSICK, Zombie, or IS.

Because, Adults dont go on magical adventures, they are too busy working. Would Luke Skywalker have been believable if he left behind a family and a job and a house of his own to go on his adventure in Star Wars? No. He may have been 18 or so by age, but as a character, he was essentially a child. If you are going to have a serious adventure story, it is best to have it star child characters or young adolescents. It works better and there is more character development potential.

@ImAllFact Also, this show goes out of its way to make it a pivotal plot point on WHY it is only middle aged girls. It is a spoiler however, so I wont digress into it here, but needless to say this show is a situation where it makes sense and makes the antagonist of the story one hell of a magnificent bastard.

Also, dont say it is just anime that stars children and young adolescents. Almost everything in the fantasy genre does. And alot of ancient mythology does as well. Its good storytelling

Regardless, the point is, Young characters in darker or more mature works is totally valid, just like how older leads in works produced for younger audiences are valid. Now if you want to see a manly anime with manly main characters, doing manly things, I would suggest Gurren Lagann. Its pretty good and is being broadcast for free officially on youtube right now.

Okay, I don't normally comment on AMVs anymore, but I had to throw out that I completely disagree with adventseph. I thought the sync was perfect. You really brought out the dark tone of the show and combined it with well timed emotional footage. This was really well done. It is great AMVs like this that made me quit making them. Sorry about that, here's a bit more in detail: I don't see any discernible story. Most AMV's have some kind of path that the viewer can follow along but this just seems completely random. Also the video never seems to agree with the audio, some moments were extremely un-climatic.
