I love Preston Ely's Probate Course, its amazing (not a Scam like the guy below claims) If you send out their letters your gonna get calls back, some are going to be people that want to Kill you but the majority will be people wanting to give you their house. Thanks for the video. In the video you reference posting samples of the probate letters #1 & #2 on the site. I have searched the site and have not been able to find them. What is the location/link to this posting?
Yes, I think an abundance mentality is a crucial asset. There's always the "Mr Potters" of this world who, despite being miserable, scarcity minded folks, seem to still achieve impressive financial success. But I'd submit in most other areas of life they're utter failures. And I'd also say there are far more "abundant thinking" millionaires than "scarcity minded" millionaires.
to become successful in anything you have to take that objective and overcome it.you dont have to compete just take action and you will get result. there are deals for everyone in every market. You have to have an abundant mentality to make it happen in real estate would you agree jp
Compares to other niches, like REOs, preforeclosure, etc. it's still relatively low in competition.
I'm sure there are exceptions around here and there - maybe Baltimore is one of them. But most who do probate deals (myself included) will tell you it's much less crowded than most other popular real estate niches.
In the end I think some competition is a good thing. But I still like to keep it as low as I can. :-)
