Yes, 4,8k spellpower as demonology lock with that gear is possible. Unbuffed almost 2k sp, 180 sp from fel armor and also with glyph of lifetap + set bonus proc, spirit will be almost 1k and he will get 56% of it as spell power . Also both trinkets on will increase sp for 1270. Now the sp would be around 4k. Add boost from demonic knowledge (few hundred sp) and 10% more sp from demonic pact talent. And there you have, 4,8k spell power without any cheats or exploits and in a real server.
