20 LED- --> GND

I am working on setting up my arduino to connect to a glcd. I am having a hard time following the walk through on the site. I am using a cm12864-2. datasheet is almost impossible to find it. but is suppose to connect as follows. 1 vss --> GND 2 vdd --> +5V 3 v0 --> connected to VEE + 10K ohms resistor 4 d/i --> an3 5r/w --> an2 6 E --> an4 7 - 14 DB0 to DB7---> pin 8, 9, 10, 11, 4, 5, 6, 7 15 cs1 --> an0 16 cs2 --> an1 17 RET --> reset(GND) 18 VEE --> connected to 10k ohms V0
