This formation of musicians is really great. Wasn't this concert held because of the 20th anniversary of the release of Svet Hledacu?

I just find that it was because of re-edition of Svet Hledacu.

You are right, it's on their website and it was only a single concert. I think that the current line-up lacks something that this line-up had though they're not bad.

What's the line-up in this video? I recognize only Radim Hladik. Is this Lesek Semelka on keyboard and vocals? Sorry, I don't know much about Blue Effect's members. Anyway, their music is great!

Yes that's Lesek Semelka and I'm not sure about the others.
