لأن السعوديه كبيره تعتبر قاره والسكان عددهم قليل بالتوزيع على الارض ورغم هذا عنده اكبر شبكة طرق فى العالم

اذا تبي تقارن دول الخليج ببعض ماراح تخلص_ كلنا نعلم حجم الكويت في الخليج منذ الخمسينات, وماحدث لها جراء الغزو العراقي , لكن حاليا لا تستطيع مقارنة الكويت بالسعودية, انا من عمري 4 سنوات وانا اروح لأهلي في السعودية ورحنا الرياض فوق ال30 مرة

و تعاملي مع شركات عقارية ,العقار في السعودية سيء بسبب قوانين الاستثمار وقوانين البناء و السماح بموافقات انشائية.

انا آسف لكن الفرق شاسع

بالنهاية كلنا اهل واخوان
