@mbw12194 There were 3 uploads to this song that had millions of views before D'Agostino's lawyers got a hold of Youtube which was forced to ban them. My theory is that they let these songs alone until they reach a high view status allowing them free advertisement to the song until a time when they can capitalize off their success and then have them banned but still allow videos like this to remain until such time that they become too big. Eventually some company like Vevo will claim all rights.
