Any guitar could have the most metal tone when tuned to drop C flat.

I mean... cmon other people work their ass's out to find the right guitar and spend money for EMG active mag's for a metal tone and you tune to drop Z or smethin?

@crashpedo Actually my guitar sounds shit in drop C. I'm really picky about tone, Alexi had the best tone I had ever heard back in the FtR/HCDR era, but it was still not quite what I look for, perhaps the Downfall intro has more contour (as in the marshall amp knob) than preferred and such. Tiny little things that makes it impossible for just any guitar to have the "most metal tone" when tuned down.

Aleksi is a common name in Finland and it's used in Russia also, but with a different spelling. Bodom also has Latvala, who IMO is much better than Aleksi, Broderick or Mustaine anyway.

Finns tend to add "i"s to stuff... Don't talk shit about other cultures you obviously have no idea about.

I believe the reason his tone is off, is because those aren't the typical amps that he uses. Just my thoughts, I got the Alexi-600 Blacky, and I can get it to sound like the CD, just gotta mess with amp settings a lot, which i assume he didn't on that marshall.
