I had trouble too trying to see who was who, but I believe at the start of the video they have already switch places, that the girl becomes the gambler and the guy the geisha. You can tell Rin because in a couple, her chest is bandaged, and in one you can tell the difference in the faces, because Len has a adams apple. It's only till the very end that they switch places again and Rin is a geisha and Len the gambler.
